Cancellation Policy

We do understand organizing a paintball session is quite a headache and plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Xtion Paintball Park has a very simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation via online, via mobile apps, via email, or via our hotline numbers, just give us an advance notice prior to your event date and we will give you a refund. Subject to the following terms and condition:

50% refund – 11 to 15 days notice prior to the scheduled event date or option to take up a 1 time postponement up to 3 months from the scheduled event date. Otherwise your deposit shall be forfeited in the event of No Show.

25% refund – 6 to 10 days notice prior to the scheduled event date or option to take up a 1 time postponement up to 3 months from the scheduled event date. Otherwise your deposit shall be forfeited in the event of No Show.

No refund – Less than 5 days notice prior to the scheduled event date.

In case of bad weather or natural disaster (that affected our site only) on the schedule event date, we will give you a 1 time postponement up to 3 months from the scheduled event date. Otherwise your deposit shall be forfeited in the event of No Show.

No refund will be entertained if the cancellation policy is not adhered to.

The payment for your refund will be transferred to your account within 10 to 15 business days.
